Due to the personalised nature of this item unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.

Damages and issues

We spent a long time perfecting our packaging and courier service to ensure our balloons arrived safely. We only use the best qualatex balloons, which have a very low failure rate. Thoughtfully Stuffed accepts no responsibility for any damage to the balloon of a postal/courier service delivery if it arrives popped. Postal deliveries shall be carried out solely at the customer's own risk, and refund and/or compensation requests shall be declined.

However, if the gift items inside the balloon are damaged please contact us immediately is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right get in touch with us and we would do our best to resolve the issue.
