DELIVERY AREA & PRICES
All items will be sent using UPS courier with a UK post code, items are tracked.
Postage prices are calculated at checkout.
Orders with Thoughtfully Stuffed are carefully handmade on an individual basis so please allow between 1-4 working days for delivery.
If you need an order urgently please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com- we will see what we can do to help.
Please ensure the postal address is correct as we cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address that was provided at the time of ordering. We will endeavour to check addresses and postcodes where possible.
SPECIAL DELIVERY RETURNS
All orders placed are posted via next day delivery from the dispatch date. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us.
Due to the personalised nature of this item unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.
DAMAGED AND ISSUES
We spent a long time perfecting our packaging and courier service to ensure our balloons arrived safely. We only use the best qualatex balloons, which have a very low failure rate. Thoughtfully Stuffed accepts no responsibility for any damage to the balloon of a postal/courier service delivery if it arrives popped. Postal deliveries shall be carried out solely at the customer's own risk, and refund and/or compensation requests shall be declined.
Thoughtfully Stuffed accepts no responsibility for any damage/if popped once it has been received by customer.
However, if the gift items inside the balloon are damaged please contact us immediately is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right get in touch with us and we would do our best to resolve the issue.
